A fabulous fairy-tale mashup that deserves hordes of avid readers. Absolutely delectable.? ?Kirkus Reviews, starred review of award-winning series debut Enchanted

Readers met the Woodcutter sisters (named after the days of the week) in Enchanted and Hero. In this delightful third book, Alethea Kontis weaves together some fine-feathered fairy tales to focus on Friday Woodcutter, the kind and loving seamstress. When Friday stumbles upon seven sleeping brothers in her sister Sunday?s palace, she takes one look at Tristan and knows he?s her future. But the brothers are cursed to be swans by day. Can Friday?s unique magic somehow break the spell?

 REVIEW:
I am completely in love with the Woodcutter Sisters. Each book I feel like I have found the sister I am most like, and then I read the next book and change my mind. Each book I think I have found the sister I love the most, and then I read the next book and I change my mind.

Friday was the sister I was least interested in when I started the series. Which makes me feel bad as I always knew she was interesting and would have a wonderful story, but she is so sugar and spice while the other sisters seem so fire and ice. Dearest made me a Friday supporter. Her heart makes her strong, her love brings her power. I don't think anyone could rally troops and wage a war with as much love and grace as Miss Friday Woodcutter.

It is clear that Friday is the heart of the Woodcutter family. She is a pure soul and a literary character that I much admire. She is a wonderful role model to all, especially in a world that sorely needs more love in it. I will admit her story had me choked up a couple of times. The love she receives simply because she loves and gives love so freely is heartwarming.

A must read for all fans of strong female characters, fairy tales and romance.
